Bidets and Feminine Hygiene
The bidet is an unusual (and sometimes cringe-worthy) bathroom accessory for many American women, but for others, they’re a new necessity. Some women who have traveled abroad discovered the bidet during their trip and became fans. Others can’t get over the strangeness of the idea. Still, others are somewhere in the middle. Most women agree that the bidet hygiene can give a better cleaning than toilet paper alone. And if you think about it, it makes sense. We use water to wash every other part of our body, why not the derriere? Many women are beginning to use wet wipes in place of dry toilet paper. They see the benefit of using water to clean up after using the toilet. The bidet hygiene is just another way of using water to achieve the cleanest clean.
Let’s face it, sometimes the skin down there can be a bit sensitive. This skin can also be prone to unsavory odors. This is especially true for women. Dragging a wad of paper across those delicate bits can be downright horrific, but a bidet can keep you clean and odor-free without the discomfort. This is especially true if you spring for the bidet that has the warm water feature, such as a smart seat. Prevent irritation and inflamed skin with clean water, instead of scratchy paper! This likely sounds like a no-brainer for most women.
Many women may be hesitant to try something new, especially in regards to their bathroom habits. But bidets are growing in popularity, and their fans cannot imagine going back to a paper-only regimen. Give a bidet a try and see what you've been missing. You'll realize why the rest of the world relies on these popular bathroom appliances as a necessity, not just a luxury. Aren’t your sensitive bits and pieces worthy of a fresh and relaxing clean?
