Return Window

All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product.

How to Start a Return

Email info@bidetmate.com with your order number, or log into your account and follow the return link.

Condition Requirements

• Merchandise must be un-used, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, exactly as received.
• Include a copy of your original emailed sales receipt.

Return Shipping

Return packages are sent at the customer's expense via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Ship authorized returns to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that window, the order has entered fulfillment and follows the standard return process above.
