FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) on all orders.

Orders are shipped from the USA within 2 business days. Once shipped, they will arrive in 1-5 business days depending upon your location. Tracking numbers will be provided if available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. Following this grace period, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need help with an order, contact us right away at info@bidetmate.com.
