Replacement Parts

Every BidetMate seat is built to be serviced, not discarded. Common replacement parts — remotes, side panels, nozzles, hoses, T-valves, mounting kits, and inline water filters — are available for all current models, including the 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 3500, and 6000 Series.

To order a part: open the support chat in the corner of any page and tell it your model number (it's on the sticker under your seat, e.g. BM-2000P-E) and the part you need. You'll get availability, pricing, and shipping in one conversation — no forms, no waiting on hold.

Two quick tips: the water filter should be replaced every 4–6 months if you're on hard, well, or rust-prone water, and the RF remotes take two CR2032 batteries — replace both at the same time.
