Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or error.

User Content

By submitting content to us (including product reviews and photos), you grant BidetMate an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content in connection with our business. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of first use. Product warranty terms are stated separately on our Warranty page and are not affected by this website disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement will at all times be limited to a maximum of fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Claims of more than one customer or user cannot be arbitrated or litigated jointly or consolidated with those of any other customer or user.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any court proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
