Simple yet has all the features you would want. Easy to use, I truly hope this last a long long time

I have had this Biser for 6 months and occasionally it wouldn’t work. I would unplug it and plug it back in and then it would work. For the last three days I have had to unplug and replug. For the amount of money I would expect this to last longer than 6 months.

I have had a cheap bidet before but didn’t love it because it wasn’t heated, and I couldn’t stand the cold water. This bidet is great, easy to install, the water temps are perfect, super customizable and honestly it’s such a nice perk to sit on a warm toilet seat in the middle of the night instead of freezing cold.

The bottom line is that a classic "round" toilet just can't comfortably fit the bidet - or your parts upon it, at least if you're male.I'm keeping my device, as the bidet is helpful, and my gf doesn't experience the biggest detractors that I do. But the cons are serious enough that they at least equal the pros, and possibly worse.For me, the most serious problem is that the hole in the seat is both uncomfortably small, and also far forward. It pushes my bits up right against the porcelain bowl, which is unpleasant, and also frequently results in my "stream" passing between the seat and the bowl, and spraying the outside, to garnish my pants or the floor. If I'm fortunate enough to avoid that, the best I can hope for is warm fluids soaking my balls due to the way things are crammed up against the bowl.So, I've gotten into the habit at this point of standing up to pee, even if that comes in the middle of a bowel movement - I stand up, deal with that, then sit back down. This is obviously far from optimal. I don't blame BidetMate for this - I think this problem is likely unavoidable for _any_ automated bidet system meant to fit the smaller "round" size toilets - there simply isn't room for the bulky backend of the device to fit nicely. If you have a toilet with extra inches between the fixture bolts and the tank, then you may have a much better experience than me - but I reckon most toilets will be like mine. If you have an "elongated" type toilet, you probably won't experience the issues I'm dealing with. You may also find that a simpler, cheap and non-automated solution will fit well for your toilet (but then you'll give up things like instant-heated water, etc)Another issue is that the power cord is ugly, no matter what you do with it, and you may have to strew it across your bathroom, as I did. I fastened it neatly against the wall so that it wouldn't be quite as bad an eyesore, but it's still a noticeable detraction from the appearance of the room.But it _is_ nice to have access to a bidet. I do have to sort of "squirm around" on the seat to get it to hit all the angles and make sure it gets everything off, but it's definitely superior to toilet paper (you'll still need it to dry up - yes, even with the dryer function), while not quite as sufficient to the task as my detachable shower-head's sprayer (but I don't wish to shower every time I use the facilities).The seat is nice and sturdy. The lid is _clearly_ not meant to be sat upon, as it is just flimsy plastic. It is also angled so as to discourage setting things atop it. Use it as a lid, not as a "turn your toilet into a seat" device, or you're sure to break it. Just don't.

The heated seat is wonderful! The bidet and water pressure are great! I wish this had a women wash function as well, that is why I only gave it a 4 star! It is the best purchase I have made all year!

I definitely recommend this product my behind was never this happy and clean. Once you try it you don't want to go back to the old ways. The warm water and warm seat is quite amazing during cold days. All the features works great the seat looks luxurious, very easy to use use and install.

Easy to install and has great to use. Enough feature to choose from but not too many. The seat warmer is great in the middle of the night. I loved the first one so much I bought 2 more for my other bathrooms.

Everything works great except for the dryer. The dryer is not hot enough and too slow. Hot water and water pressure are great once you adjust the setting. Self-cleaning nozzle works great.

Pros:Easy to install, very easy to remove and clean, near instant warm water (the start of the squirt is a bit cold since its water that's left in the nozzle from last use), good pressure, heated seat and dryer are luxurious, self cleaning nozzle helps with piece of mind keeping it sanitary, soft close lid, couplings and gaskets appear to prevent leaking without the need for tapes or gel like sealing, oscillating spray is nice, dryer auto shuts off when you stand and the unit has a safety sensor that ensures the bidet won't operate or spray water everywhere unless the Bidets pilot is sitting in the pilot seat ready to let her fly!Cons:So i'm going to ramble a little bit about the build quality and durability but please dont take thia as a mark of low quality. I feel like the construction is a bit too flimsy to install this in any public or high use setting. I try to be gentle sitting on it as I'm 250 lb... I do rock back and forth on it though and it seems to be pretty solid. The plastic lid is about two 25 pieces thick, and the whole chassis seems to be made with the same plastic so if you're not careful it can crack. The inlet on the right side (as you are sat on it) is also a bit cheap and flimsy feeling though if you set it up properly the inlet should just hangout where its at and never move. The toilet seat feels slightly hollow, no doubt for the heating surfaces and wiring inside.. But it feels no where near as indestructible as a standard seat but that's okay. The rear seat bumpers barely don't quite touch the porcelain rim on my toilet, but it doesn't seem to stress the hinge too much when weight is on it so for me it was fine not using adhesive toilet seat bumpers to close the gap. I got one with no remote because it was 30 cheaper and I didnt want to mount anything but the controls on the side feel like they could easily break off if any signifigant force is applied, so id say the version with a wireless remote is the better option. The durability is decent and certainly does the job and to be fair it seems like most Bidets are made with this type of plastic so its not like you'll find an indestructible model in this toilet seat form factor. Its solid for what it is so don't think im putting it on blast, im just pointing out concerns that lead me to believe this thing isn't industrial grade stuff that will last decades. No not at all. The dryer is super nice but really it's not very effective... Is think this is a problem with most bidets actually. It's like using a public dryer on your hands that has low air pressure.. And you keep using it but your hands stay damp and the person behind you is finishing washing their hands so you just leave with damp hands and wipe it on your pants.. Similar experience. Still feel like I need TP though not nearly as much; that or be gross like the Europeans and use a towel for the bidet... Then when I've cleaned myself properly and checked and dried myself with a few square of tissue I like to use the dryer to finish. Power cord does not feel robust, the whole harness feels similar to what you'd get with a TV or cheap plastic appliance that has it's power cord built in. Fine I guess since you'll likely not need to touch the cord after install. No night light, not a biggie but a glowing blue toilet in the night is very inviting I'm not gonna lie... Oh well I bought a separate color changing light which kinda looks nicer... Also mine unit came with a tiny bit of water in the nozzle.. Probably left over from testing.. It was gross getting it on my hands as I picked it up so prepare for that and try to give the thing a dry run by blocking the toilet just to give the bidet a chance to clear anything out first before you spray it into the nether-realms..Overall it's like one of those game changers man. It's literally changed my life. I've gone from feeling dirtier after number 2 to feeling cleaner after number 2... So a complete 180. Get one if you want it!

Bad: the heated dryer feature takes a long 6-9 seconds to turn on and nearly a minute to dry you off. Which feels like a very long time. This really sucks considering I wanted this so I would not need toiletpaper. The fan won't engage until the sprayer fully retracts which it is quite slow as well.Good: the seat can stay perfectly warm all the time. The water stays heated and has nice options for pressure. Feels great and cleans well.

i wish i had this 20 years ago. An extra 2 minutes to clear and dry is a pittance compared to the ungodly pain of wiping with a paper product... i have this one for 5 months now... as i said, wish i'd bought it 20 yrs ago!!

I love everything about my bidet. Warm seat, warm water, selection of sprays, warm dryer.

Easy to install and worth the money. There's no special tools needed. The only thing needed is slight electrical knowledge to install a GFCI outlet to plug the bidet in.

Guest toilet. Very easy to install and so comfortable. For the price this was an excellent buy.

I really love all the features. The only thing I would change is some way to feel the different buttons rather than the smooth surface of the remote. I can't see the remote once I'm seated and can't adjust if I'm not seated. I'm looking for some type of button to make it easier. Also, it says the deodorizer starts as soon as one is seated? No instructions.

Works great, I'm never going back to the primitive old way. Warm seat, warm water and warm air is a luxurious combination. I do wish the seat stayed up better when lifted. It doesn't fall, but it could be a little more out of the way when the seat is up.

I can move the nozzle in and out, and can make the temp cooler or warmer! I love this thing so much! Get one! Save the planet one less tp roll at a time.

We bought this during the winter, and the heated seat and warm water is fantastic. My main disappointment is that the drier function isn't strong enough. It kind of defeats the purpose of reducing paper if you still need some to dry off.

Works great once installed. Plumber can do in less than 1 hour. Be sure to have an electrical out let within 3 feet of the bank wall tank.

The bidetmate 1000 is a great bidet seat. The seat is warm and the water heats very quickly, even on energy saving mode. It is powerful and has many options for water temp, power, how it sprays, and where it sprays. It's easy to install and easy to operate. The dryer could be more powerful but it's still a nice feature.

We replaced a tushy bidet and couldn't be more pleased. I like that this unit was a full new seat and looks like it came that way instead of like we bolted a bidet on to the back. It's seamless. Super easy to install and has tons of features the tushy didn't. I was sent to instructions that seemed to be for a similar product but lacked critical detail related to this one, e.g., parts shipped did not match up with the instructions parts list. After nonetheless practically getting it installed, I realized that it does not have an elongated seat, just an elongated lid. I sent it back and ordered Korea-Made Trevi Bidet Toilet Seat Elongated Seat Sleek Design, Natural Air Bubble Wash Rear Wash Front Wash, Powerful Nozzle Self-Cleaning, Nozzle Os. I've been wanting a bidet for a long time, so after reading several reviews on all sorts of different bidets, I chose the Bidetmate 1000 E! My thought was that it was a little expensive but if it was as glorious as the reviews claim, then it would be worth the money! I've used it for a few week now and I am less than impressed with it! My main issue is: 1. That the water sprays out all over the lid, the remote base, the toilet seat, me, the floor and the garbage can next to the toilet! I have tried every position and water pressure and it still does it! Now I keep a towel there to wipe everything dry after every use ( which is ridiculous)! I am very concerned about the damage this may cause over time, if it is in fact not a normal occurrence 2. It takes a few cycles of water to get all the poop off of you, and then I have to use toilet tissue to check and be sure before I dry it off! Must be an O.C.D.! 3. The dryer does not dry you even after a few cycles! Back to using toilet tissue!I can't help but wonder if I traded a cheaper way ( wiping with toilet tissue) for a more expensive one , more water, more electric, and more of my time!UPDATE: It's been two months of using the Bidet, and I am very happy with it, thus far! Yes, I still have to wipe the water down off of everything after each use and I am realizing that if I sit all the way back as far as I can on the seat then less water goes everywhere! Once the BidetMate arrived it was easy to unpack and install. Simply follow the instructions you download from the included QR code. If you've ever changed out a toilet seat, the installation is a snap. If not, simply follow the directions and you'll have no problem. After removing the old seat, I installed the mounting bracket and snapped the new Bidet in with nothing more than a screwdriver. When installing the plumbing I would suggest after turning off the water and before disconnecting any hoses that you flush the toilet to empty the tank. Also before you turn the water back on, double check all fittings to make sure they are snugged down tight. It wouldn't hurt to put a towel or bucket/bowl down under the hoses before turning the water back on in case any of the fittings aren't snug enough. Don't ask me how I know...It's operation is push button and easy to understand and use. It provides spray jet and temperature adjustments to make it comfortable for use by any size person. The self cleaning mode and heated seat are both big pluses too!Having never used a Bidet before, I purchased this as a trial novelty. While it does take a little getting used to the whole procedure of spraying water where it's never been sprayed before, I can see how it could help reduce the amount of toilet paper used.It does seem to be very durable in material and construction. I love the BidetMate! I am a visual learner so the directions were ok but I needed a little more so I went on YouTube and found a similar bidet model installation and used their instructions. Honestly it was a little difficult to install. I did most of the install myself but my husband had to do the rest. I absolutely think it was worth the trouble we went through though. It helps to think about electricity to your toilet and have an idea of if you have to upgrade your toilet hose valve prior to install so that you have everything ready. The toilet itself is great. Warm seat, water temp, bidet and wash settings. I love the features. The only thing that would make this product even better is just having a little night light feature.

If you want to feel pampered and shiny, then this is your seat!Great packaging and delivered on time. Was a little surprised to find out that I needed to install a plug near the toilet. Description did not mention a plug, but was lucky to have a handy friend. Seat said it comes with everything needed for DIY install, but be prepared to purchase an outlet if you don't have one near your toilet, as well as a flexible hose to fit under the T-hose fitting. Most regular hoses are stiff, uncuttable, and too long to fit naturally under the set up. The instructions could use a bit more details for the untrained DIYer. After you get through all of that, the seat is amazing. Everything as promised... Except for the night light. No night light any where on it. However, I didn't get it for that .In the end, is was so worth the effort to install it. Aside from being eco-friendly, it gives me great piece of mind because of being so young and having spinal issues and fibromyalsia. It's hard to twist and reach any more, which makes it hard to truly feel clean. In addition, the pain meds cause horrible constipation or diarrhea. This seat was a gift of pure relief to me. The power wash really helps with the constipation. Then the different wash settings and ability to easily position everything to get yourself totally clean and then dry without twisting and being in pain was truly amazing. It allowed me to feel like I had control over my own care. I wasn't worried that in the future I'd need someone to come in and help me. That's very powerful for anyone in my physical health position!! So thank you for giving me back my self-care, BIDETMATE !

If you want to feel pampered and shiny, then this is your seat!Great packaging and delivered on time. Was a little surprised to find out that I needed to install a plug near the toilet. Description did not mention a plug, but was lucky to have a handy friend. Seat said it comes with everything needed for DIY install, but be prepared to purchase an outlet if you don't have one near your toilet, as well as a flexible hose to fit under the T-hose fitting.
