Self Cleaning
The newest seat in the BidetMate family — refined, hygienic, and ready in seconds.
The 1500 Series takes everything people love about our best-selling seats and sharpens it: instant ceramic water heating for endless warm washes, a specially designed aerated spray for a gentler, more thorough clean, and a fully stainless steel nozzle that resists rust and contamination. Choose the intuitive side-panel model or step up to the radio-frequency remote — no line-of-sight needed, it just works.
INSTANT CERAMIC HEATING | Warm water that never runs out
The ceramic heating system warms water the moment you need it — no tank, no waiting, no cold surprises mid-wash. Because nothing heats on standby, it saves electricity every hour it sits idle.
AERATED WASH + STAINLESS STEEL NOZZLE | A cleaner clean
The nozzle tip infuses the spray with air bubbles for better cleansing performance at gentle pressure, and the full stainless steel construction stays hygienic wash after wash — with two self-cleaning modes, including a 40-second hot-water intensive tip clean.
MAKE IT YOURS | Five levels of everything
Rear and front wash with adjustable temperature, pressure, and nozzle position (5 positions), plus oscillation and pulsation. Four water and seat temperature settings. Your preferences are saved for next time.
WARM AIR DRYER | Finish comfortably
An enhanced dry fan and outlet design dry you quickly, with five adjustable air temperatures.
HEATED SEAT, SMART SAFETY | Never sit on a cold seat again
Four seat-temperature settings with automatic temperature easing during long sits and low-burn protection — a considerate default for kids, seniors, and sensitive skin.
CHILD WASH | One button, whole routine
A single press runs a gentle front wash, oscillating rinse, and two-minute dry — sized for kids and anyone who wants it simple.
INTENSIVE WASH | Targeted relief
A specialized turbo spray that helps relieve constipation — a feature customers usually find only on premium seats.
BUILT FOR REAL BATHROOMS | IPX5 waterproof
The main unit carries an IPX5 waterproof rating; side-panel models add a fully sealed touch control panel. The automatic leveling seat keeps the fit solid even on imperfect toilet bowls, and a nightlight with adjustable brightness guides late-night visits.
EASY DIY INSTALL | About 30 minutes with a screwdriver
Everything is in the box: mounting kit, bidet hose, and T-valve. The quick-release lever pops the whole seat off for deep cleaning. On the remote model, the RF remote pairs automatically and mounts to the wall with its included bracket.
WARRANTY | 1 year — 3 years free when you register
Every 1500 Series comes with a 1-year universal warranty, and you can extend it to 3 years at no cost on our warranty registration page.

Great bathroom addition
The BidetMate is very high quality. It was easy to install and all necessary components to make installation quick and seamless were clearly marked. There are no controls on the bidet itself, it solely requires the remote control to operate. Its a great addition to the bathroom
A quality aftermarket bidet with great features
This is an electronic bidet seat that fits on an existing elongated toilet. It has many features including a heated seat, rear and front washing with warm water, warm air drying and a night light. This looks like a high quality product.
The installation took me about 1.5 hours. Now that I've done one, I could probably do it in 30 minutes. If you've done some toilet plumbing before it will be pretty straight forward. There are both printed instructions and videos that are useful, but not perfect. For example, step two on the 3rd photograph has you installing the T connector at the wrong place as it should be at the tank for standard North American plumbing. Also, the trickiest step for me anyway was getting the rubber anchor bolts installed and neither the written nor the videos really showed how to do it. Eventually I figured it out as using hand strength and a twisting motion to get them to fit in the seat holes on my Kohler toilet. At the time I am writing this there is no installation video for this new BM-1000-R listed at the web site. I found that the video for the BM-3000-R worked though. It would be nice if the power cord was a bit longer. I am using an extension cord for now.
Once installed, it looks and fits fine on my elongated bowl. The white matches the exiting toilet perfectly. The seat feels comfortable. The household has been using the bidet for a few days and the response is positive. It definitely takes some getting used to if you haven't used one before and we are leaving the user manual on the counter for easy access to learn the many features. The remote has a lot of controls to get it working for you just right. So far the favorites are the warm seat and warm water.
One thing our household noted is how much more time it takes to use the bidet. A few minutes instead of seconds using toilet paper. This could be an issue for bathrooms with multiple users.
Best bidet I have ever purchased!
Okay if you haven't used a bidet, this is a must have for a house! This thing is awesome, it warms the water, heated seat, air dryer, self-closing lid. This thing is awesome, just buy it now! If you need more convincing, we live on a septic and well. I figure this way it cuts down on how much tp we use and means I can go longer without pumping the septic. One of the best products I have ever purchased. Also, it's super easy to install, comes with all the water attachments and it's ready to go!
LOVE using the toilet in luxury
I absolutely love this bidet. It feels like such a luxury and has quickly become one of those things I never want to be without again. Installation was surprisingly quick and easy, and it was up and running in no time. We had a bidet before this one, but this is a huge upgrade in both comfort and features.
The heated seat is probably my favorite feature. There's nothing quite like getting up in the middle of a cold night and being greeted by a warm seat instead of an icy one. The instant warm water, dryer, and customizable settings make the whole experience feel much more comfortable and premium. Everything works smoothly, and the slim design looks great on the toilet. It's one of those upgrades that seems indulgent at first, but after using it every day, I can't imagine going back.
Life Changing
The BidetMate 1500 Series has completely changed my bathroom experience. The instant warm water is truly endless and heats up quickly, making every use comfortable no matter the season. The heated seat is a luxury I didn't know I needed until now, and the warm air dryer works surprisingly well. The curved stainless-steel nozzle feels much more hygienic than plastic alternatives and is easy to keep clean. Features such as adjustable water pressure, temperature settings, and user presets make it easy for everyone in the household to customize their experience. The slim design looks modern and fits seamlessly on the toilet without appearing bulky. Installation was straightforward, and the waterproof remote/control system is intuitive to use. If you're considering upgrading to a smart bidet seat, the BidetMate 1500 delivers premium features, excellent comfort, and outstanding value. Highly recommended!
Easy to Install, and Easier to Use
Unboxing/Install: 5/5
Includes everything you need. All the mounting hardware is there. There's an instruction manual, as well as the lid itself. Make sure you remove the blue tape before install.
Install is a breeze and involves installing a piece that diverts water to the bidet. I unfortunately had to replace my supply line since the seal was so old it couldn't be reused. But other than that, the hardware is easy to install. No setup required on the technological side.
Looks: 5/5
The color is a pure white, but since it covers most of my eggshell toilet, I don't mind much. I do wish it was offered in my color though. The remote is not too obtrusive. The bidetmate logo is displayed on the seat. It's by no means subtle, but it doesn't look terrible. The remote icons are easy to read.
Quality / Durability: 5/5
It's hard plastic but you have to be careful with sitting or leaning on it. It doesn't feel like it'll survive that, as it's not ceramic. I have spilled water on the remote and no issues there - so the water resistance for the technology is good. Time will tell if the unit survives.
Function: 5/5
Works great for what it's made for, maybe causes a bit of a larger splash than I would like.
Other than that, you have a heated seat, three washing options, a self wash feature, and a drying option. Everything is adjustable in terms of position and temperature.
There is a night light as well in case you want to see the remote without turning on the bathroom lights.
The seats are both soft closing.
It also makes the opening of the toilet extremely small, which is okay but not preferred. You can still bring the second seat up as well. Maybe it'll be an acceptable compromise on elongated toilets.
Takes a second to get used to, but so worth it. Not sure if this brand is the best option but if it's what you're looking for, go for it.
Value (for the listed price): 5/5
Comfortable upgrade with useful features and consistent performance
This is a review of the BidetMate 1500 Series Smart Bidet Toilet Seat - Instant Warm Water, Curved Stainless Steel Nozzle, Heated Seat, Warm Air Dryer, and IPX5 Waterproof Remote - Fits Elongated Toilets, Elongated that was priced at $339.00 at the time of this review.
I've used a few bidet seats before (most recently one from TOTO which is quite pricey at $600+), and this one definitely leans toward the more premium side in terms of features and overall experience. Installation was fairly straightforward if you've done one before, and it fit the elongated toilet properly without needing any modifications.
The instant warm water feature is one of the biggest upgrades compared to basic models. There's no waiting for a tank to heat up, and the temperature stays consistent during use. The heated seat is also a nice touch, especially in colder months, and the multiple temperature settings let you dial it in to your preference.
The nozzle design feels well thought out. The stainless steel construction gives it a more durable feel, and it stays clean with the built-in cleaning functions. Water pressure and positioning are adjustable, which makes it easy to customize the experience instead of being stuck with a single setting.
The remote control is easy to use and makes daily operation more convenient. Having preset options is helpful if more than one person is using it regularly. The layout is intuitive enough that you don't need to constantly reference instructions once you've used it a couple of times.
The warm air dryer works, but like most built-in dryers, it's more of a convenience feature than a full replacement for toilet paper. It does reduce how much you need to use, but it takes a bit of time to fully dry.
Build quality overall feels solid. The seat has a good weight to it, and everything feels well put together. It doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply made, which is important at this price point.
If there's any downside, it's mainly the price and the fact that these types of seats require access to power, which may not be convenient in every bathroom setup. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve if you've never used a feature-rich bidet before.
Overall, this is a well-equipped bidet seat that delivers a comfortable and customizable experience. It's a good choice if you're looking for more advanced features like instant warm water, heated seating, and remote control operation in a clean, modern design.
Premium features at a great price point
I ordered this BidetMate 1500 Series Smart Bidet Seat for a guest bathroom, and after installing several bidet seats over the years, this one immediately felt like a step up from the more budget-focused models I've used before. The first thing I noticed was how slim the design is. A lot of bidet seats can look bulky once installed, but this one has a much cleaner, lower-profile appearance that blends into the toilet better.
Installation was straightforward and pretty much what I expected from previous bidet installs. It took me maybe five to ten minutes to get everything connected and running. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and once it was hooked up, everything worked right away.
One of my favorite things about this model is the side-arm control panel. I personally prefer this setup over separate remotes because I do not have to worry about mounting a remote on the wall, replacing batteries constantly, or having it disappear in a guest bathroom. The controls are always right there and easy to access. Even though there are quite a few customization options, it still feels intuitive to use.
The heated seat works really well and feels noticeably more premium than cheaper models I've tried. The instant warm water system is also a huge improvement over basic tank-style bidets that can run cold after a short time. Water temperature and pressure are both easy to adjust, and I like that there are multiple levels for everything instead of just a couple preset options. The stainless steel nozzle also feels like a nicer, more durable touch compared to plastic nozzles.
The dryer is probably the weakest feature for me, but that has honestly been true for almost every bidet seat I've used. It works, but I still end up using a little toilet paper afterward because the airflow is fairly gentle. It is nice to have, just not something I rely on completely.
The build quality overall feels much more solid than entry-level bidet seats. The seat feels sturdier, the controls feel more refined, and the whole unit just gives off a more premium feel in daily use. Since this is going into a guest bathroom, I wanted something that looked nicer and felt a little more upscale, and this definitely fits that better than the cheaper models I've owned before.
BidetMate 1500 Series: Feature-Packed, Imperfect
I got the BidetMate 1500 Series toilet seat and I'll start by saying this is feature-rich to the point of being almost overwhelming. The controls are extensive, and while that's impressive from an engineering standpoint, you'll likely use about half of what's available. That said, the seat heater is genuinely nice and adds real comfort, especially in colder months.
The adjustability of water temperature and seat temperature works well, and I appreciate being able to fine-tune the experience. The cleanliness features do a good job, and the self-cleaning nozzle function seems effective at what it's designed to do. Where I hit a snag is water pressure-even on the highest setting, it's noticeably weaker than I'd prefer. This isn't a dealbreaker, but it's worth knowing if strong water pressure is important to you.
The soft close function is smooth and reliable, which I value since it prevents that inevitable slam. The seat itself is comfortable for extended use, and the cushioning is adequate.
Quality feels solid overall. Materials seem durable and the construction appears well thought out, though the lid thickness is substantial enough that it actually has trouble staying propped open on its own-you'll need to hold it or find a way to brace it. For value for money, you're paying a premium price for a lot of features you might not use, but the ones you do use work well enough to justify the investment if bidet functionality is a priority for you.
Similar features to Japanese toilet... at a fraction of the cost... LOVE THIS SEAT!!
I went to Japan for vacation last fall, and one of the unexpected things I became accustomed to was the Japanese-style toilets. At first, all the different features were a little surprising, but by the end of the trip I really appreciated how much cleaner and fresher they made you feel. I honestly wasn't looking forward to coming home and going back to the traditional American routine of toilet paper and occasional wet wipes. After experiencing the Japanese approach, that just didn't seem nearly as clean anymore.
I initially looked into buying an actual Japanese-style toilet for our home, but quickly gave up on that idea when I saw how expensive they could be. Then I found this BidetMate seat and realized I could retrofit our existing elongated toilet with many of the same features without replacing the entire toilet. I was ecstatic to get it and see how it compared.
After almost two months of use, I **LOVE** this seat. It works exactly as it is supposed to and gives me that same cleaner, fresher feeling I became accustomed to in Japan. The instant warm-water wash and heated seat are especially nice, and having the air dryer, deodorizer, night light, and convenient side controls makes the entire setup feel much more upscale than a traditional toilet seat. It also looks stylish and doesn't look like some awkward attachment added to the toilet.
The electrical connection was also much simpler than I expected. The power cord plugs directly into a normal GFCI receptacle, so there was nothing unusual needed on the electrical side as long as you already have an appropriately located outlet.
I decided to have a professional plumber install mine, but after watching what was involved, I probably could have saved myself the $120 installation charge and done it myself. Essentially, he installed the seat and added the water diverter connection so one water line continues to the toilet tank while another supplies the bidet seat. It didn't appear nearly as complicated as I had expected.
We've now been using it for almost two months without any problems. Everything continues to operate properly, and I've become so accustomed to it that I wouldn't want to go back to a regular toilet seat.
If you've experienced Japanese-style toilets and wished you could have something similar at home without spending the money to replace your entire toilet, this is a fantastic alternative. It transformed our existing toilet into something much closer to what I enjoyed using in Japan, at a fraction of the cost. **LOVE this seat.**
Huge upgrade in comfort and feature-packed
Installation was straightforward with standard plumbing connections. The instant warm water and heated seat make a huge difference, especially in colder months. The side control panel is intuitive to operate, and the night light is a nice touch. Overall, an excellent budget-friendly luxury addition to the bathroom.
Awesome Bidet
I'm thoroughly impressed with the BidetMate 1500 Series Smart Bidet Toilet Seat! As a homeowner, I was looking for a luxurious and high-tech bidet toilet seat that would elevate my bathroom experience. This product has exceeded my expectations in every way.
First of all, the design is sleek and modern - the curved stainless steel nozzle adds a touch of elegance to the overall aesthetic, while the instant warm water feature ensures a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The heated seat is also a game-changer on chilly mornings or after a long bath, providing a cozy warmth that's hard to resist.
I love how this bidet toilet seat provides a range of options for personalization - the IPX5 waterproof remote control allows me to adjust settings from a comfortable distance, while the multiple massage modes and temperature settings cater to my unique preferences. The warm air dryer is also a nice touch, providing a gentle and soothing finish to the cleaning process.
The performance of this bidet toilet seat is exceptional - the instant warm water and heated seat ensure a consistent and comfortable experience, while the stainless steel nozzle provides a smooth and precise cleansing action. The waterproof design also gives me peace of mind, knowing that it can withstand occasional splashing or spills.
I appreciate how easy it is to install and maintain this bidet toilet seat - the elongated fit ensures a secure attachment to my existing toilet, while the simple cleaning process makes upkeep a breeze. The remote control also allows for easy adjustments and settings, making it a convenient option for daily use.
The value for money offered by this BidetMate 1500 Series Smart Bidet Toilet Seat is exceptional - considering its high-tech features, durable design, and luxurious experience, it's an absolute steal compared to buying individual components or more expensive options.
Overall, I would highly recommend this bidet toilet seat to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom experience. Its impressive design, exceptional performance, and value for money make it an absolute must-have for any homeowner who values comfort, convenience, and luxury!
The Cadillac of Bidets
I'll be honest, if you've never owned a bidet before, you're missing out. After using this one, I don't think I'd ever want to go back to a standard toilet seat.
The BidetMate 1500 feels like a luxury upgrade for your bathroom. The heated seat is fantastic, especially during cooler mornings, and the warm water wash is a game changer. Features like the seat sensor, adjustable water temperature and pressure, self-cleaning nozzle functions, and soft-close lid make it feel much more premium than a basic bidet seat.
The water pressure is excellent and highly customizable, so everyone in the house can find their preferred setting. I had a handyman install it, but once it was in place it worked flawlessly.
This isn't just a bidet, it's a genuine quality-of-life upgrade. If you're considering making the switch, this one sets the bar very high.
Comfort and Convenience Upgrade Worth Considering
This bidet seat adds a level of comfort and convenience that quickly becomes part of the daily routine. The thoughtful features are designed to improve hygiene while making the bathroom experience more comfortable and personalized. Once installed, it feels less like an accessory and more like a natural upgrade to the bathroom.
What stands out most is the focus on user comfort. Features such as warm water and adjustable settings help create a more customized experience, while the overall design feels modern and well thought out. The stainless-steel components add a sense of durability and quality that inspires confidence for long-term use. Overall, it's a practical upgrade that combines comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in a way that can make a noticeable difference every day.
great upgrade
The BidetMate 1500 Series brings many of the premium features found in high-end bidet seats at a more approachable price point. Instant warm water, a heated seat, warm air dryer, and a stainless-steel self-cleaning nozzle create a comfortable and hygienic bathroom experience. The side-arm controls are intuitive to use, making it a great option for both first-time bidet users and those looking to upgrade from a basic attachment.
Ultra-Slim Design & Instant Warm Water
I've wanted a bidet seat for years but hated the bulky, tank-style designs on my toilet. This changed that. At just 3.9 inches tall, it's sleek and blends seamlessly with my elongated toilet. The instant ceramic heater delivers continuous warm water. no waiting, no cold surprises halfway through. The heated seat is a luxury I didn't know I needed, especially on cold mornings. Installation was straightforward, though you do need an electrical outlet nearby. The curved stainless steel nozzle feels much more hygienic than plastic, and the Intensive Care cleaning mode is thorough yet gentle. The side-arm control is intuitive. no worries about water splashes. this rivals bidets costing twice as much.
Very Comfortable Upgrade
I really enjoy this bidet seat since it adds a lot of comfort and elegance to your bathroom experience. The water gets warm rather fast and the heated seat option is great for the early mornings and cooler days. The remote control works great and the warm air dryer can prove to be rather helpful despite being slightly slower. Installation process went well for me, although you'll require an outlet close by.
Great quality and an impressive number of features for a bidet toilet seat at this price point
This unit is a significant improvement over the low-cost standard bidet attachment it replaced. It has much greater comfort and more capabilities. The instant heater provides continuous warm water rather than the brief warm-then-cold experience of tank-style units. The heated seat has four temperature levels, and the customizable water pressure and nozzle position make it far more adjustable than lower-cost models. The stainless steel nozzle is a great upgrade over typical plastic nozzles, and the self-cleaning function with the protective cover is a welcome hygiene feature.
The side-arm control panel is easier to use than I expected, has no batteries to replace, and keeps the controls in the same easy-to-operate place. The night light is a nice bonus as well. The weight sensor that prevents accidental activation when it's not in use is another great feature.
Installation is fast and easy with clear instructions and all necessary hardware included. Do keep in mind that the seat requires an electrical outlet nearby to operate.
The only thing that doesn't work particularly well for me is the warm air dryer - it isn't a replacement for toilet paper.
Overall, this is a quality product and an excellent value for the number of features it offers!
Bathroom Upgrade That Quickly Became a Household Favorite
I picked this up a toilet seat upgrade, and it has been a hit in the household ever since. Installation was easy overall, though a little time consuming, but that may have just been me taking my time with it. Once it was on, it fit like a Lego piece and felt like it belonged there.
The features have been great so far. I really like the warm water and heated seat, which make it feel like a much nicer setup than a regular toilet seat. My wife likes the reduction in our toilet paper bill, which is a pretty practical bonus. Everything is easy to control, and we have not had any issues with leaks, which is always the big thing you hope to avoid with something like this.
Overall, this has been a worthwhile bathroom upgrade for us. It is comfortable, easy to use, and has enough useful features to make it feel worth it. I would recommend it at this price.
Really Amazing Product!
I've had a bidet on my toilet for about three years now but it was one of those attachment ones that you install under your existing toilet seat. Both were just about due for an update so when I saw this smart bidet toilet seat, I figured why not give the whole thing an upgrade!
First of all, installation is easy, but this particular model does not have an installation video on the website so I had to watch one that was the closest. I honestly think that the most "difficult" part of installation would be attaching the t-valve to the water pipe on your toilet but, again, since I had a bidet attachment previously installed, I didn't even use the t-valve included, I just swapped the hoses on the one I already had. Installing the little rubber pieces through the holes in your toilet can be a pretty tight fit - I had difficulty using just my hand so I needed some silicone spray (and a little help from my dad!) to pop them in but once they were in, installing the bracket was easy and sliding the seat to lock into it was even easier.
One of the main obstacles that one might run into, though, is the fact that it needs to be plugged in, in order to work. That might be fine if you're installing it in a powder room or a hallway bathroom because you could probably find a way to run a cord from the outlets by the sink but if you have a master bathroom where the toilet is behind its own separate door, you might have to get more creative about how you plug it in.
Moving away from the technical stuff, this toilet seat is AMAZING! All of the different modes, the levels, and features are so incredible - going from a cold water bidet to a warm water one with a heated seat and dryer? Unmatched. I also love that it has a night light for late night bathroom trips when you don't want to turn on the bright light that will wake you up when you're half asleep. The fact that it also has a weight sensor is really nice - there were times in the past when I was cleaning my other toilet and would accidentally turn on the bidet and shoot water at the wall but this one won't even work if it doesn't recognize that someone is sitting on it. Speaking of cleaning, it's self-cleaning and the nozzle completely disappears inside of a little compartment when not in use. An absolutely amazing product!
Bidet Miracle!
After using this for a while, the biggest thing that stands out is how much more "premium" and refined it feels compared to entry-level bidet seats. A lot of affordable bidets focus on basic functionality, but this one clearly aims for a full luxury bathroom experience. The ultra-slim profile immediately gives it a cleaner, more modern appearance than bulky tank-style bidets, and the instant heating system makes a noticeable difference because you never run out of warm water mid-use. That tankless ceramic heater approach has become increasingly popular in higher-end bidets specifically because it delivers continuous heated water while keeping the overall seat much slimmer and more energy efficient.
The heated seat, warm air dryer, and adjustable wash settings are where the daily comfort factor really becomes obvious. Once you customize the pressure, nozzle position, and temperature settings, it feels far more personalized than standard bidets. The remote control is especially convenient because it keeps the side of the seat uncluttered while making the controls easier to access and read. The two-user memory presets are a surprisingly useful feature too-especially in shared bathrooms-because you don't have to keep readjusting settings every time someone else uses it.
One thing I genuinely appreciate is the attention to hygiene and build quality. The curved stainless steel nozzle feels much more durable and sanitary than basic plastic nozzles, and the self-cleaning/intensive cleaning modes help reinforce that premium feel. The deodorizer also works better than expected at keeping the bathroom fresher without needing extra sprays or products constantly. Features like IPX5 waterproofing and the protected nozzle design show that the manufacturer actually considered long-term bathroom use instead of just adding flashy features for marketing.
What surprised me most is how quickly it becomes something you don't want to give up once you get used to it. Heated bidet seats often sound like a luxury gimmick until you actually live with one regularly, especially during colder months. The comfort difference is significant, and many people who switch to a quality bidet end up saying they would never go back to a standard toilet seat afterward. Similar smart bidet systems are often compared more to appliance upgrades than simple bathroom accessories because they noticeably improve daily comfort and hygiene routines.
Installation was straightforward overall as long as you already have a nearby outlet and an elongated toilet configuration. The seat feels secure once mounted, and the slim design helps it blend naturally with the toilet instead of looking oversized or awkward. For the price range, this feels positioned more toward premium bidet brands rather than budget attachments, and it delivers the kind of features you'd expect at that level: instant warm water, customizable wash controls, dryer, deodorizer, memory presets, and a modern low-profile design.
Overall, this feels like a genuinely high-end bathroom upgrade rather than just another gadget. If someone is considering moving from a basic bidet attachment to a fully featured smart bidet seat, this offers many of the comfort and hygiene features people usually associate with much more expensive luxury models, while still maintaining a sleek modern design that looks appropriate in an upgraded bathroom.
Feature-Rich Smart Bidet Seat with Comfort and Convenience
The BidetMate 1500 Series smart bidet toilet seat is a well-rounded upgrade for bathroom comfort, offering a range of premium features at a reasonable price point. In terms of quality, the unit feels solid with a well-designed body and a durable stainless steel nozzle that enhances hygiene and longevity. Fitment is straightforward for most elongated toilets, and installation is manageable with basic tools, though access to power and water connections is required. Functionally, it delivers strong performance with instant warm water, a heated seat, and a warm air dryer, all of which significantly improve comfort and usability. The side-arm control panel is intuitive and easy to use, allowing quick adjustments without complexity. The IPX5 waterproof rating adds reliability in a bathroom environment. On the downside, installation may take some time for first-time users, and the dryer function, while useful, may not be as powerful as standalone units. Overall, it offers excellent value by combining multiple high-end features, solid build quality, and everyday convenience in one smart bidet seat.
Interesting Purchase
I've used a Bidet once or twice overseas. I always thought that it was just a fancy gadget and a novelty item. This appeared and I was just curious so I took some time and I looked up Bidets. What I found was interesting, actually very interesting. I learned that the use of the Bidet was something that Americans are behind the times with and that in fact they have many benefits. I encourage you to do your own research. I promised that my reviews would always be candid and I will keep that promise. I have not installed this yet and I'm saving it for my new home, but I can say that there are definitely benefits to the Bidet and I'm also hoping that this will save on paper costs. Besides the benefits, there is something else that should make this review very helpful so pay attention. First, make sure that you have an outlet that is within reach of the correct side of the bidet. Second, pay attention to the type or style of your toilet seat and make sure that you measure it correctly. May you always think of my review when you are on your Bidet. Cheers!
oh the things one could say in jest, but seriously, these are great
Absolutely great product.
First, we installed bidet on all our toilets (spoken like that old person voice) 'During the great toilet paper shortage of 2019... back when we had to deal with everyone stock piling paper due to covid'. We went with the cheap add on that was basic but got the job done.
We saw an immediate reduction in the use of toilet paper and found the experience better overall.
Now we want something a little better. So we ordered this. Minimal install requires, pretty easy to do.
I wish that building standards were updated to require an electrical outlet near toilets to support these devices because that is the biggest challenge. If you have one, this is a trivial upgrade. If not, then there is a good bit more work needed.
The features are very good. Comes with great documentation, something you see too often these days. The fit and finish is good. Comfort is great.
In general, I highly recommend this bidet and think more homes should have these. When all is said and done, its cleaner in the end. ;)
6000 Series
We installed this 2 years ago when we were doing a full remodel on our guest bathroom and had access to the electrical and hot water systems. We've had add on bidets for years, but this is the best investment we have made. It's a great value and works just as it should. It's really intuitive to use, which is great because with it being in the guest bathroom, there can be some delicate conversations with friends when they come over. :-D We'll definitely be installing one in the master bath when we remodel in there as there is no access to the water/electric at this time.
Excellent company
I never leave reviews. So this company is INCREDIBLE. Our toilet seat broke and they immediately sent a replacement two years down the line. The flushing mechanism was making a noise last year and they also immediately replaced it. The toilet is exactly what we or anyone could ever want. It's perfect. Very luxurious.
Great Toilet!
After weeks of research I finally settled on the BidetMate 6000 Toilet, and I could not be happier. The toilet was installed by my plumber and other than having to shorten the length of the angle valve (because I did not want a hole cut in my wall to relocate the water line) the installation went well. The features of the toilet are plentiful. From the kick button to the user friendly remote control I am very pleased. The toilet is well built using ceramic for the toilet bowl and a thermo plastic for both the seat and the lid. I wanted to purchase another toilet from Amazon because of the two hundred dollar discount, whereas the maker's of the toilet charge the nearly full price of fifteen hundred if you buy from thier website. Thankfully, I was able to find it at the Amazon discount price elsewhere.
Happy customer
I researched bidets for a year and a half before purchasing this one. I chose it for several reasons... no blu night light, the beep sound per command is tolerable, it's beautiful looking and the price, reasonable... it's been a year and a half since I purchased it. I am happy to leave a five star review because this bidet has performed perfectly and has been an absolute joy to have in our home!
Awesome Bidet!
After using this one piece bidet, I can't imagine using other toilets. Seat is warm, water is warm. it opens , flushes and closes the lid on its own.
Highly recommend it's definitely an upgrade to your bathroom
This is a great addition to our bathroom. Bought another one for our winter home and works great, easy to install and it's great having the heated seat even when you use it without using the bidet sprayers.

It works great
I bought a BioBidet BB1000 and was defective out of the box so I bought BidetMate BM3000R to replace while BB1000 was being repaired and there was a world of difference. First the water cleaning stays warm throughout the process. Second the blow dry speed is adjustable on the fly. Third the 3000 has auto button that first cleans then dry. We'll worth the extra cost over the 1000.

Does all the things!
You can control the water temperature and the pressure this bidet offers the most convenience for the price I believe. What more do you need to clean your behind
Very expensive, butt love it
I've had this for about three weeks and do not regret the purchase. This is my first bidet ever so it was a bit of a gamble if I'd be a fan or not...I am.
Pros:
- Lid closes automatically
- The lid opens automatically
- If you're a dude (or lady who pees standing up), you don't need to touch the seat, just hit the button on the remote
- Remote has a ton of options
- Warm water is definitely preferred over cold
- Hate pooping anywhere else
Cons:
- Not a fan of the hardware they use to attach to the toilet (some rubber bushing garbage)
- Very very expensive, probably can get the exact features for cheaper
- Kind of large
- It doesn't thank me at the end
Note: This being my first bidet, I knew what I was getting into...but nothing will prepare you for your first time.
