I have had this Biser for 6 months and occasionally it wouldn’t work. I would unplug it and plug it back in and then it would work. For the last three days I have had to unplug and replug. For the amount of money I would expect this to last longer than 6 months.

I have had a cheap bidet before but didn’t love it because it wasn’t heated, and I couldn’t stand the cold water. This bidet is great, easy to install, the water temps are perfect, super customizable and honestly it’s such a nice perk to sit on a warm toilet seat in the middle of the night instead of freezing cold.

Amazing ease of operation. The only problem is it makes it hard to go to the bathroom anywhere else.

First one shipped was defective. Installed the second one and worked very well. Happy with replacement .

More options than previous and love the heated water

The opening is small; the unit is bulky; the lid is large and barely soft close; otherwise the unit works good.

I purchased this on January 18, 2021. Here it is September 11, 2021 and it doesn't work. For this much money I would expect better. Worked great when it did work, but this is very disappointing.

Liked this so much I bought one for my sister. She told me that it's the nicest and most thoughtful gift she has ever received! I would say it was the easiest to install but my toilet sits in a cramped corner.

Great overall. Water stream could be stronger. First squirt always comes out cold. Otherwise we like it.

This bidet seat has better features than the more expensive Toto model we previously owned. Plentiful warm water. Lots of settings to customize wand position and strength of the water jet for your own comfort. Heated seat works great. Seat is comfortable and large enough for our medium-sized butts. The only weak areas are the night light (not very visible), and the drying fan (would take a very long time to completely dry your undercarriage, but it works well enough to take you from wet to damp in a reasonable time frame). Best of all, the customer service from the manufacturer is excellent. The lid on our seat cracked within the first few months, for undetermined reasons, and the seller immediately shipped us a replacement lid at no cost to us. Five stars all around.

I found this seat to be easily mounted to my toilet and fully adjustable for positioning. All the setup instructions were simple to follow and works great.

Not quite as good as the Korean model that I had in Korea, but at least the buttons are English this time.Install was about 30 minutes. Instructions are easy to follow. You definitely don't need to be a plumber to get it working.Negatives: It takes several seconds for the water to start when you activate it. The blowdryer feature is really a novelty more than any useful function as it doesn't do much to dry your bits.Pros: Your bits will be squeaky clean after every use.

I sent a message yesterday and you were prompt with an answer, thank you. The problem is that we purchased this item for 360$ and it says it comes with a manual. I do not know how to print a pdf- if I had a printer. Would you be so kind as to please send a manual with the warranty continued to us? My husband is 79 and it's hard for him and for myself to look at the small print on the phone. I would pay for the mahal again if you need me too. But we need the manual. I'm bent all the way forward trying to get a wash and I doubt that that is how it is set up! Let alone adjusting the temperature or massage etc. It's quite embarrassing to send such graphic info in but I need you to understand that we need the manual. By the way I only weigh 130 lbs do I do not believe it would have to do with my weight. Also the printing on the remote is very dark snd hard for us to read. Would you please send a manual and I will pay you for your time and cost. Thank you so much

If you're a larger person who needs "room to work" the overall size of your distribution area decreases...other than that, awesome product! Got one for my parents and they love it so much that they put it in their master bath so that no one else could use it!

The bidet did exactly what it was suppose to do. It has several settings and a constant flow of immediate warm water. With that being said I contacted the company with a question and received a fast response back. So a great product and great customer service.

I have had another bidet that I had bought before that replaced the toilet seat and it worked good for the price but I do love how this one sits on the toilet as a whole seat. It is easy to clean which is great. The other thing that I love is the dryer. My last bidet didn't have one and I felt like I used so much toilet paper to just dry off so the dryer is great. Great spray, great pressure and love the heated seat. We just remodeled our house and I had to have them put a plug in next to the toilet so I could use this. Worth it!! Love it!

This bidet is amazing... spending two months in Asia, I came back and had to have a bidet. This is my second one. My first one was good, but this one is great and less expensive than my first. It has 3 different settings for the water. The toilets seat is heated. It air dries you at the end of the water cycle. It has a soft close lid. Once you go bidet, you will never go back!!!!!

All you have to do is shut off water add the split valve the connect one line to the toilet and one line to the bidet. All the installations instructions are on line. I would recommend this to a friend.

My only concern has been the heating mechanism - on the highest setting I can barely feel heat from the seat and every time I use the bidet, I get a burst of icy cold water for about three seconds before lukewarm water comes out. It's an awful wake up. I'll update once I get information from the company if this is normal or a defect.

After a decade plus of using the Lotus bidet, I decided to try the BidetMate based on reviewers' ratings. I was definitely not disappointed. I like the comfort of the seat and the ease of use on the side panel. I also like the option of two water forces. The contractor installed it quickly but mentioned that no instruction manual was included, except for a card stating one could be had by scanning. Ha! I do not know how to scan, let alone text! I received a most accommodating e-mail from Janna saying a paper copy of the instructions would be mailed to me. So grateful for this gesture and quick reply!!! Now I will know how to use all the other buttons on the panel. As a retired Occupational Therapist I recommend all seniors to get a bidet to avoid urinary tract infection, for those with limited range of motion in their arms and trunk, etc. BidetMate just seems to fit these parameters. I do recommend that a hand-held remote found in other models might be more applicable for some people.It's been over a year since I bought this Bidetmate. The opinions expressed above has not changed, except maybe to be even more enthusiastic and pro-bidets. It remains in excellent condition; no problems operating it; gives an even, warm spray to clean areas needed; has a lovely seat light to guide me at night; easy to clean; what's not to like??? Also, the sign I taped to the seat cover asking men to sit instead of stand has kept the whole bidet clean. The power of words work, and I heartedly recommend this bidet. Great gift too to anyone of any age, especially seniors!

My "smart toilet" arrived intact and was boxed well. While I was not there for the arrival my daughter was and was questioning why we were getting a "smart toilet". Anyways, like most people we don't have an electrical outlet behind the toilet which had me holding back on purchasing one of these notwithstanding I didn't like the thought of cold water pulsating on my bits.Enter this gadget. Installation was easy and relatively straightforward however I did have to replace the supply hose from the shutoff as the one that I did have on there wasn't compatible with this new seat. After all the connections were made the leak test was successful. In my case I do have an electrical outlet on the opposite wall that I can plumb later with a GFCI plug. So for now I just ran an extension cord to a nearby outlet (15a rated cord).After installation I tested it out myself and was pleasantly surprised with its operation. I really like the "bidet" and "Power Wash" function especially since the water was WARM. Being frank, depending on the consistency of your "deposit" will determine which function to use. The "Massage" function would be better described as a linear movement of the head back and forth to clean more area without you moving. With that said a mid session cleaning works well, then a final cleaning when you are done, and a drying function to wrap it up. Having used it now for almost 10 days I can say my cleaning routines have gotten much better as I am better acquainted with where to position myself. Early on I couldn't bring myself to not check with some toilet paper and rightly so. Now I would say 90% of my sessions are completely clean on the toilet paper but I still will continue to check going forward.There are various power saving functions that cycle the heated seat on/off depending on either timeframe or a timer once you are off the seat. I will probably hook up a killawatt meter to see how much it is actually using. Overall I am quite happy with the unit. As long as you can get or have a power outlet this gadget will be a nice addition to the throne. My toilet is an elongated ADA compliant (which means its a little higher for tall people) and this seat raised the height just a little more. Definitely comfortable to sit on and I didn't have dead leg while getting business done. It takes a little bit to get used to and where to sit for the best cleaning but at this point in ownership from a male perspective its a keeper. Side note. If you have a wife/girlfriend just wait for the squeal the first time they use it. The look on their face will be priceless so don't give any hints before you tell her to use the power wash function.

This is my first experience with a bidet toilet seat but wow, I was amazed at the technology built in to it. For starters, the heated seat works amazing, having the adjustable control for its temperature is a nice option to have because it can get quite warm. The power wash mixed with the massage and pulse modes ensure that you are well cleaned and the electronically controlled moveable spray nozzle allows you to focus it where you need it most. The blow dryer definitely warms the air well and pushes a nice breeze, still have a towel present to dry yourself because it will not get all the water off in one cycle. I also like the slow close toilet seat to prevent having to hold the toilet seat to close it without banging down, this is especially nice with little kids that like to throw a seat down to run off to go play again. I love the seat itself, the hardware was of good quality to mount the seat, the plumbing parts I did have problems with however. The three way fitting which is supplied would not seal where it mounts to the toilet, I tried a variety of seals but it was leaking at the plastic nut on the fitting. I had to replace the fitting with a new one from the hardware store and everything worked great. Overall a very nice, well constructed seat, with tons of options that I am very pleased with. Definitely recommend this product.

This is my first experience with a bidet toilet seat but wow, I was amazed at the technology built in to it. For starters, the heated seat works amazing, having the adjustable control for its temperature is a nice option to have because it can get quite warm. The power wash mixed with the massage and pulse modes ensure that you are well cleaned and the electronically controlled moveable spray nozzle allows you to focus it where you need it most. The blow dryer definitely warms the air well and pushes a nice breeze, still have a towel present to dry yourself because it will not get all the water off in one cycle. Wow! I absolutely love this bidet toilet seat. It is so high quality and was easy to install. It's going to save me a lot of money in the future and also allows me to feel cleaner in general. After traveling to Europe, I knew that I needed to have one. I'm really glad that I settled on this one and am very pleased overall with this purchase. I would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence!
