This is a great addition to our bathroom. Bought another one for our winter home and works great, easy to install and it’s great having the heated seat even when you use it without using the bidet sprayers.

Multiple levels of control for heat of water, seat , and airflow

I bought a BioBidet BB1000 and was defective out of the box so I bought BidetMate BM3000R to replace while BB1000 was being repaired and there was a world of difference. First the water cleaning stays warm throughout the process. Second the blow dry speed is adjustable on the fly. Third the 3000 has auto button that first cleans then dry. We'll worth the extra cost over the 1000.

I've had this for about three weeks and do not regret the purchase. This is my first bidet ever so it was a bit of a gamble if I'd be a fan or not...I am. Pros: - Lid closes automatically - The lid opens automatically - If you're a dude (or lady who pees standing up), you don't need to touch the seat, just hit the button on the remote - Remote has a ton of options - Warm water is definitely preferred over cold - Hate pooping anywhere else Cons: - Not a fan of the hardware they use to attach to the toilet (some rubber bushing garbage) - Very very expensive, probably can get the exact features for cheaper - Kind of large - It doesn't thank me at the end Note: This being my first bidet, I knew what I was getting into...but nothing will prepare you for your first time.

We bought a Bidetmate 3000 for our master bathroom. We love the features. We bought another for the guest bathroom. We had to have an electrician install a plug, which meant dry wall work and painting. Wife is so happy now.

I love my Bidet for the cleansing aspects, but I must say that my favorite features are the night light in the bowl, the heated water, and most importantly the heated seat!!!

Can't go wrong with Bidetmate, the 6000 is great too!!!

Installation was very easy. The plumbing T that is supplied goes on the existing supply line and then hook up to the toilet fitting no other parts needed. The electrical might be more involved. I added a GFCI plug behind the toilet just to keep the insulation clean, but a shot extension board from an existing GFCI could also work. My wife was coming home from back surgery so the heated set was a big hit. As well as the other obvious advantages. The unit has worked flawlessly.

The installation was so easy. The features of this bidet are clear and work perfectly. We love controlling the water temperature and the direction of the washing stream. I would certainly buy another one.

Highly recommend using this bidetmate! The hot water and blow dryer work so well i have to turn them down to the mid setting.

I Purchased this bidet because I was having a hip replaced. I was told the most difficult thing would be wiping. With the bidet I did not have to worry about that. I love that I feel fresh every day. One happy girl.

I absolutely love this product. I dread being away from it for vacations. The only problem is that the catch plate is pictured upside down. There should be 2 square indentations facing up. The instructions on page 9 shows it as 4 inventions facing up. It will not work the way it is shown. That took about an hour to see the problem and fix it. The installation was smooth sailing after the correction.

I feel like a caveman when I’m not at home now. Small learning curve. Will put one in every house now.

Works like a charm, but the self clean buttons doesnt flush as advertised in the picture. When I press the button it simply pops out the nozzle and that's it

I’d give the seat five stars, it has a lot of features, unlimited warm water, heated seat, good pressure and automatic cleaning. But be aware you likely will need a plumber to install it, unless you are really adept at DIY. The “T” connection provided was not correct to attach to our water valve. The two bolts to secure the seat to the toilet were too large (diameter) to fit the holes in our toilet. Fortunately the bolts from the old seat did work. Lastly, you will likely want to buy the woven metal covered hose to connect the bidet seat to the T valve, at least I wouldn’t take a chance on the cheap hose provided bursting and causing a flood in an upstairs bathroom. Again, seat is fabulous, just be aware of what I’ve mentioned here.

Excellent Bidet, and is very easy to install. Easy operation with remote and air dry heat is excellent and water pressure is very easy to control. Self cleaning and really works well.

Works well. Water pressure a little low compared to an old one we had. Looks awkward, takes up some of the bowl space. Overall we like it.

After months of research for my new master bath, I believe the BidetMate 3000e-R is the best higher end (but mid priced) unit on the market. Has everything I wanted in a bidet seat and the smart remote is the best looking and easiest to use. Instant and unlimited warm water, great water pressure at it highest of five settings, plus all the other functions that would be expected on a high end bidet seat. Stainless steel self-cleaning nozzle (with UV sterilization) and five adjustable positions, oscillating and massage functions, three level heated seat, three level high velocity/temperature dryer, body sensor seat, plus a nightlight. Very easy to install. Does require 110V power supply. Another plus, they have a great customer service department located in the USA. Manufacturer doesn’t say if you can sit on the top cover but I do at 165 lbs. with no issues.

I had a terrible experience with a different buddy company and decided to get this one. It was a little more expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY! The install was simple, I followed the video. My partner and I are extremely happy with this! You won’t regret this purchase!!
