Where have you been all these years! Now when I am away from my house and have to do my business, I find myself holding it, sometimes uncomfortably, just to get home and use this little piece of heaven. Only complaint is the dryer is kind of dumb. You'd have to sit there for way too long for that little fan to dry your nether region. Not worth the extra cost. Update - While traveling we stayed at a fancy hotel that had the $1000 Toto bidet seat. Frankly it doesn’t hold a candle to the BidetMate. Don’t be tricked by the pricy name brand. Still love the BidetMate. Love so much I might include in my will to my best friend. Oh I’ve changed my mind on the dryer, definitely worth it!
This I my first bidet and it's been very nice. Hoping to save some money in the long run especially the way my fiance previously went through tp. Pros - install was easy. Not sure what issue people are having with the rubber pieces, they squeezed right into the holes. I had a small hiccup with the 3 way splitter that was too large to fit on my water line. However it fine at the end of the primary hose and connected directly to the bowl. Speaking of my biggest issue was screwing the hose to this seat. Even after finally getting it to catch it leaked overnight and had a very wet bathroom floor. Had to really wrench it. - once you figure out the controls, it's really not to bad. Heated seats, water, and air are all very nice and glad I went that route. Cons - there's no angle adjustment. Both bidet and bum modes hit about the same place which is frustrating for the fiance. - the pressure is a bit lackluster, but it's a small thing. - for adding a sit sensor, they didn't do as much as I had hoped. Yes, it prevent the nozzles from coming out and spraying when no one is sitting. However they could've tied the heated seats to this because currently they're on all the time. Seems a waste of electricity.
I seriously have no idea why I waited so long to try a bidet like this one. This is amazingly great at cleaning after both kinds of bathroom trips and I have graduated to this one. I originally started with one of those very simple ones and moved up to another one similar to this one...now I am using one that is the best of both worlds, this one. It is simple in its use concerning the knob control (more on that later) and the install isn't bad at all. This install actually showed me that I had setup the previous one a bit differently than they suggested but this install is very clean. The instructions were a LOT better than most for dealing with different kinds of toilets, and the functionality is great. This does a lot of the same things that some that are 20 to 40% more costly. Basically, this is a pretty good value if you want a bidet with a dryer. Install: I am not going to lie, it wasn't bad to connect the water and such but I really did not have an easy nor a fun time trying to get the seat installed onto the toilet. There are these rubber things that are like spacers and they seemed to hate me and the feeling was almost mutual by the end. It is possibly something I did wrong or maybe my toilet didn't want to play nicely. Nonetheless, that is why it isn't 5 stars. Usage: The usage on this is a bit simpler than most of the others that I looked into and it works very well. It is easy to operate, heats up quickly for the water and the seat is always great. The dryer is wonderful as well and things work very well concerning placement and how it sprays. Etc: This is a sort of mix between a simpler bidet with some advanced features. It is like if a really costly one had a child with one of the simple ones...it is designed well, works very well and it is "no fuss, no muss". I really think it is intended for someone who wanted a lot of functionality but also no big remote to lose or break. This has the knob that allows me to do what I want, how I want it and it has proved to work very well. Pros: Outstanding job cleaning Way less toilet paper used for me Dryer works well (takes a bit longer than I thought but that is fine) Stream is great and not too hard/soft Adjustments are easy Usage and design is simple Cons: I didn't like the install part where you put the rubber pieces to attach the seat....at all

My husband finally finished setting it up since our little closet bathroom didn't have an outlet near the toilet he had to add a new one. The seat feels pretty luxurious. My husband likes it, he said that though it does take a while to dry it works well for him.. for me, it would have to be light mess to effectively clean. I would not recommend using it during menstrual cycle because it made more of a mess for me. And overall it does take longer than toilet papers. If you don't mind the time consumption, I think it is cleaner and feels really luxurious
So initial setup on this seat was amazing. The instructions are pretty clear but I still scanned the QR code because I needed just a bit more detail. Couldn’t find the video but i was able to successfully set it up. Everything fit the toilet perfectly and I had no leaked with any hosing or t valve. The toilet seat is a good size and the hole in the middle isn’t too large at all. My 8 year old was the only one that couldn’t ge the seat to activate and that’s because she’s on the small side so the seat sensor doesn’t recognize her presence. Other than that, everyone else did okay. The hot water is a bit more on the hot side when warm but that can be adjusted. The heated seat feature is a must and a very nice touch, especially at night time. It isn’t too hot and is a good comfortable feeling. The bidet and bum sprayers are very accurate and feel good. They are both warm. The drying feature is nice but could be a bit more foreceful. It automatically goes off after 4 minutes but I don’t think 4 minutes with that strength of air is enough to completely dry the bum. On the other hand, it’s a nice touch and very helpful. The warm air feels good and reduces the need for a lot of tissue. Overall, i love this bidet seat and it is well worth the money. I would definitely buy another one if this one went out because it’s a MUST at my house. I want one in every bathroom to be honest.
Love this Bidet. The control knob for the water and dryer is very functional and small. I don’t worry about it being knocked/broken off. This is my second Bidet, the first of this Bidet Mate brand. My first was simple with no bells and whistles. This one was a little more $ but with lots of bells and whistles. I love the warm seat, water and dryer. There is also the ability to turn the warmer on high or low. Which is nice, we don’t need it to hot in AZ. But still appreciate the warm toilet and water on a cold night. Yes, AZ does get cold. We even get snow in the high country. It will work when not plugged in, it just won’t be warm, which is fine come spring and summer. __ One thing I didn’t know/figure out till after we got a replacement, you need to let the water run for a few seconds before it will actually start spraying. The spray is big so it doesn’t feel like your being shot at. My husband didn’t use the last one because he said it “stung”. He uses this new one, “it feels like a hose spray instead of a water gun spray” his words. Who doesn’t want a clean underside after every bathroom use. Not enough Americans. Let’s get Bidets in every home and business!
Works great and overall fits what I wanted on it. I'm surprised that these are not more common in the US. I personally have never used one before, but have always wanted to try one. The bidet has all the features except a toilet light and remote control which some other brands have. As far as performance, the water pressure is great, and the dryer is a wonderful feature. Why did I wait so long to try a bidet.
This is a well designed and well built bidet. This bidet it is extremely comfortable to sit on. I also found it to be very sturdy and heavy duty. The only instructions that comes with this bidet is a quick start instruction sheet. Although these instructions are clear and well written, the full instruction manual can be downloaded from the company's website in digital form. Previously, I used another brand of a bidet that was not powered. Once I removed my old toilet seat and old bidet, it took me around 44 minutes to install this bidet to my toilet. During this install, I noticed a few things that made this install take a little longer than it should have. First, the quick start instructions were abbreviated. They showed the wrong configuration for my toilet set up of how to install the T Valve and water supply line. It took me a little while to figure out that I needed to connect the supplied T Valve to the toilet inlet on the bottom of the toilet tank instead of the angle valve coming from the wall like the picture shows in the quick start instructions. The T Valve was too large to fit on the 3/8 inch water supply angle valve at my wall. After I downloaded the full instruction manual from the company's website, I noticed that the instructions showed an additional install configuration for the T Valve and supply line which ended up being the exact way that I had installed it. I learned from this that sometimes quick start instructions are a little to quick. Another thing that made the install take longer was the paper template. Trying to keep the paper template in position while trying to install and tighten down the toilet seat mounting plate was a little tricky. The template would move at the slightest tap or bump and I would have to realign everything. After I finally got this bidet installed and started using it, I have to say that it's very nice! The toilet seat is quiet closing so it doesn't slam when putting it down. It is also pressure sensitive so it knows when you sit on it or get up. It beeps twice when you sit down and get up. It is worth mentioning though that this function can be turned off or back on by holding the toilet seat warming button for a few seconds. One beep means its on and two beeps means it is turned off. The pressure sensor will also turn off things. For instance, the dryer automatically stops when it knows that you are no longer on the toilet. The cleaning nozzles and dryer have small flaps over them to keep all the gross stuff off of them while you are using the bathroom. The best part is that the nozzles automatically self rinses for a few seconds every time before spraying me down just incase debris is on the nozzles. However, it is also worth noting that the water nozzle spray pressure doesn't seem strong enough to reach those deep dark crevices. The water heats nicely, and the heated seat and dryer functions works well. Sometimes perhaps too well. The seat was extra warm for me even on the lowest setting. This isn't necessarily bad but just imagine sitting on a heating pad on low to medium heat. The dryer on the higher settings felt hot like a blow dryer was cooking my romp. In all fairness, though, the heated seat and dryer settings are adjustable. It just takes time to figure out the best settings. The night light function has to be my favorite feature on this bidet. It works very well by lighting up the entire toilet bowl. This is very useful when I wake up to use the bathroom at night but don't want to turn on my bright bathroom lights and end up fully waking up. Overall this bidet is one of the best that I have used and comes close to checking off most of the boxes to being a perfect and easy to use bidet. Update: 3/6/2022 I noticed that when my 56 pound 5 year old used this bidet it did not register/know that she was sitting on it and so it would not let her use the spray functions. So there seems to be a minimum weight limit for the sensors on this bidet for it to recognize if someone is sitting on it or not.
This is our first bidet, and so far we really like it. Pros: 1. Easy assembly and decent instructions. It took my husband about 45 minutes to install this. All the hardware necessary to install is included. The paper template made proper placement very easy. The toughest part of the install was pushing the black grommets through the seat holes in the toilet, but even that wasn’t a big deal. 2. Heated seat is absolutely lovely on cold winter days in our house, and heated cleaning water is comfortable. Cold water rinses made bidets unappealing to us in the past; this one feels good. 3. Weight-on-seat sensor prevents activation of spray, so kids can’t make a mess by spraying water out of the toilet, unless there’s weight on the seat. 4. Controls are reasonably intuitive and easy to use. The heated seat and cleaning water temperatures are adjustable, as is the blower temperature. Just be sure the rinse control (forward for front cleaning, backward for the backside) is perfectly centered when done. If not centered, it drips/dribbles into the toilet. Also, be aware it rinses itself clean before spraying. It takes a moment for the actual cleaning spray to start; something users should be prepped for in advance, especially guests. 5. Has a nightlight that shines into the bowl. Good for middle of the night trips for little boys. The light can also be turned off. Cons: 1. The weight-on-seat sensor beeps both when you sit down, and stand up again. I hate this, especially in the middle of the night. Who wants a loud beep disturbing people while trying to sleep? We contacted the manufacturer, who said they didn’t think the beep could be turned off, but the agent said she’d double check and email an answer for sure. No email so far, and nothing in the instructions about turning this annoying beep off. 2. The front cleaning isn’t as great as I’d hoped. It sprays my thighs and sometimes the front of the toilet seat. Backside cleaning works well, but the front isn’t as pinpoint or as concentrated as I’d hoped. 3. The seat definitely decreases the size of the opening of the toilet, and it has you sitting at a slight downward angle. Not a deal breaker, but the angle takes some getting used to. 4. The warm water cleaning reservoir is fairly small. It goes from warm rinse, to lukewarm, to fairly cold if used for very long. It also takes a bit to warm up again, obviously, so rapid sequential uses result in cold rinses at the end. It’s not terrible, and I don’t know how they’d remedy this, but something to be aware of. Overall, we’re pleased with this product. Most of the cons are fairly minor. Really hate that beep though!
I was debating for ordering this product or not for a while . There are many options out there and more and more coming lately . As a person who grew up in Turkey , bidet idea is nothing but beyond normal . When I got here and chose to live here for the rest of my life , I was a bit troubled with not having such attachment . Ok , let’s get to the point . I did not know how much of a trouble cleaning up after using the toilet for my disabled partner . It sounded like a ritual that takes so long for him . I had no idea . I decided to order this without having this information , and honest to God , I’m glad I did . First of all , the quality is fantastic . Some of the similar stuff out there has a lot of bells and whistles . This don’t ! Well visibly . It does everything you need from it . Wash option for both sexes , blows hot air ( you can adjust the temp ! ) , heated seat ( I was making fun of the idea till I have it , it really is a nice option to have ) . Installing is a breeze , but you need to pay attention with the plumbing part . I have no clue about this topic whatsoever . Ended up going to Home Depot and buying stuff I actually didn’t need ( thanks to my partner , he finished the project ) . So , technically you do have everything you need that comes with the package . Instructions are well . Make sure you tighten the screws well before you place the seat top . If don’t , it kinda moves but not wobbly . The only downfall , if you can call it , the cord that you need to plug is a bit short . Make sure you have a appropriate extension cord . My opinion on this , I am very happy . It’s a perfect investment . Saves good amount of toilet paper ( also trees , I do care for that ! ) , great to be back to old habits that actually makes you feel , CLEAN ! ) From my partner’s perspective , it’s kind life saver . Poor guy , I didn’t know how troublesome can get cleaning . As he told me he was constantly taking shower after using toilet . And also having a larger body type is not helping either he said . So , even though it’s a bit a pricy item , it pays for it self . DEFINITELY get this if you are not sure … We are beyond happy with brand and our order .
After spending a couple of hours running electricity to the vicinity of the powder room toilet, I took another hour installing this bidet, mainly because I installed the rubber nuts upside down: if you look closely at the diagram, the wide, flat end is above the mounting hole. Also, I didn’t seat the washer at the top of the water supply splitter properly, causing a drip until I took it apart and pushed the washer in place. Good opportunity to replace the aging supply hose under the toilet. As for operation, it is quite good with what appears to be unlimited warm water, and a comfy seat. There is no remote, so you’ll have to remember the simple controls. Has a useful, if unsettling continually on bowl light. I’ve owned more than several washlets, and this sleek, stripped down design is one of the best. Maybe the best, but I do like the precise targeting, oscillating mode, two spray pressures and the remote of the more premium unit in my own bathroom.
